Alan, thanks for a great course and an enjoyable weekend in Vegas. We returned fired up and motivated. I have already scheduled 2 massive cases; I am expecting payment for one on Thursday, the other next week! I deposited a cheque for £13500 last week on one patient - that's $27,000! She's now gone away for 2 months on vacation and I haven't even started on her yet!!!

Hi Alan, Just a note to say thanks for a very instructive course in Vegas this weekend. I think what I got most from it was not so much technique, but a new way of looking at cases. Your passion for what you do is infective, and in this week alone, I have sold 3- 10 unit cases, and already done one!!!
